Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions.

  What is the TreeHouse capacity?

20 people.

  How do I book the TreeHouse?

Click on the "Book Online" link in the green menu bar at the top of the website.

  What if I need to change my appointment?

As long as it is more than 24 hours before the start of your appointment, you can change it.  To do this yourself, you need to create a member account.  This is simply done by clicking the "Member Login" button located directly below the green menu button on our site.  Here you can become a "member" which means that you can manage your appointments.  Please be sure to use the same email address that you used to book the appointment.  Of course, we're always here to help if this is not working for you.

  Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes, and there are no cancallation fees if cancelled before 24 hours of the start of your rental.  You will be charged 100 % of the total rental if cancelled within 24 hours or for a no-show.  This is simply done by clicking the "Member Login" button located directly below the green menu button on our site.  Here you can become a "member" which means that you can manage your appointments.  Please be sure to use the same email address that you used to book the appointment.  Of course, we're always here to help if this is not working for you.

  How do I enter the TreeHouse?

Within 24 hours of the start of your rental, you will receive an email with a code for the lock on the backdoor.  This is where you will enter and leave.  Please be sure that if you unlock the front door for clients, that you lock up.

  Is there wifi?

Yes, is available at the TreeHouse.  The info is printed on the router which is located in the broom closet.  This is directly across from the back door.

  What if I need more time?

If you need more time, and the TreeHouse is available, then you may stay later.  Your final invoice will reflect the additional time.

  Can I come early to setup?

If the TreeHouse is available before your scheduled rental, you can come early.  This will be reflected in the final invoice.  To ensure that you have the time you need, including setup and take down, we suggest that you include this time in your booking.

  How do I pay?

After your rental is complete, you will receive an invoice for the rental which can be paid by credit card.
